In 2015, pioneer Founder, Femi D. Amele launched the Statesman Idea with FemiDliive. The event focused on the democratic tools and social contracts between leaders and followers. The maiden edition had leading thought leaders across Nigeria share strong perspectives on citizen rights to ask, ‘Public Funding & Accountability – Follow the money’; ‘How politics can mislead religious followers’; ‘Internet tools for developing countries’ and more.
The 2023 Editions will be happen start off after the 2023 Elections and set the expectation and path for the new leaders of Nigeria amidst high expectations and identify democratic tools for a new Nigeria.
